“The following immunizations are required: DTaP, Hib, IPV, PCV20, Rotavirus, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Meningococcal ACWY & Meningococcal B.”
Effective June 1, 2025, patients must be up to date per AAP/CDC to continue receiving care; HPV, flu and COVID vaccines are not required.
