“If you choose not to vaccinate your child or implement the “catch-up” schedule, Total Pediatric Care will no longer provide healthcare for your child”
Policy effective June 15, 2022: patients must meet Florida's school and daycare vaccine requirements; children who are behind can follow the CDC catch-up schedule. Flu, COVID-19, hepatitis A, meningitis, rotavirus and HPV are recommended but not required.
